A 120 square meter apartment in Tel Aviv’s “Blue” residential project, overlooking the beach.

The apartment was divided into two equal and unconventional spaces: A public space consisting of an open-space “loft” style kitchen and living room, and a private space consisting of 50% of the total size of the apartment and including a bathroom, wardrobe and bedroom.

A wealth of materials, colors, textures and unconventional combinations were carefully selected for the apartment’s design, from chocolate colored wooden flooring in the living room, to gray concrete flooring in the kitchen, and a careful mix of hard and soft materials, amorphous and geometrical forms.
