A two-story 230 square meter detached house built on a half dunam in a quiet green neighborhood of Herzliya, characterized by detached houses with large yards and a rural atmosphere.

The house’s public space is especially high, wide and open. The public functions are all located on the ground floor, consisting of three undivided spaces – the kitchen, living room and family area.

The second floor includes the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, the children’s bedrooms and bathroom.

One of the main principles that guided the design of the house was an indoors-outdoors continuum, ensuring that every viewpoint from within the house shows the beautiful row of old cypress trees located on the rear facade of the plot.
