A 250 sq meter duplex in project BLUE, overlooking the Tel-Aviv beaches and surrounded by green fields. The main common area of the home is a double space spanning two floors high and includes a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a guests’ restroom, a family room, a library and a sun terrace. A spacious master bedroom with private bathroom and closet room was placed at the bottom floor. At the top floor are planned the children’s rooms, another bathroom and a playing area overlooking the common area. The style of the design is clean and features a motif of vertical lines represented in both the woodwork and ironwork, creating a unique and modern style.
